- ½ cup plain yogurt or unsweetened almond or oat milk
- ½ cup Indigo Soda sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Ice (optional)
Method:
- Place frozen fruit in a blender.
- Add plain yogurt or milk.
- Gently pour in Indigo Soda sparkling water.
- Add a tablespoon of maple syrup.
- If you prefer an even colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
- Blend to a smooth and homogenous consistency.
